Our luxury fashion brand client had a lease break and were unsure whether the current space was fit for purpose. The company was growing very quickly, and had specific space requirements on site such as warehouse storage and training rooms. They needed to find a space that would future proof the company and enhance the modern ways of working that the staff were asking for.

What We Did
360 Workplace undertook a Workplace Strategy study. A time utilisation study, business needs interviews, storage audit, postcode analysis, online staff survey, and provided design options for the buildings they had shortlisted. We provided their finance team with a thorough report that detailed out our recommendations for their future space.
One of our challenges was being mindful and respectful of the different brands that sat within the office and making sure we had taken everyone’s needs into consideration.
The Outcome
When the client team made a decision on their future office space, our report was an integral part to the financial team’s negations and considerations. It highlighted out the type of space our client should be looking for, including sqft pp including the extra spaces they required.
