The Brief
A world leading B2B flavours and fragrance house were looking to consolidate two existing tired spaces into a new state of the art office space, whilst adopting new ways of working.
In a bid to attract new talent and work in a more collaborative way our client took space in a large office complex that lent itself well to the agile workforce. Dealing with the complexities of the existing team, in addition to a number of staff relocating from overseas, 360 Workplace were employed to offer a robust change management programme to help create excitement and noise about the new office environment.

What We Did
360 Workplace working alongside the clients existing Project Manager and Workplace Consultant, took the empirical data to translate this into a change programme that was understood and palatable at all levels across the organisation. With an existing workforce that had been residing in a space for in excess of 40 years, it was important all users understood and bought into the new office environment and what it would yield for them.
The Outcome
360 Workplace successfully implemented an agile workforce, and new ways of working across a working group of 300+ people from multiple demographics and cultures from 40+ countries. Having tested appetite and feelings pre occupancy, on completion of post occupancy analysis wellbeing and performance has increased by over 40%.
